Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA claim was done so in error or does not violate copyright laws, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, send a written response to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and its location prior to removal.
  3. A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error or misidentified.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where suyuemulator.pro operates, and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their representative.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant provides evidence of a court action preventing its restoration.

Policy on Repeat Offenders

In compliance with the DMCA, we enforce a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Users found to repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts terminated or face restrictions on accessing our site.

Policy Updates

This DMCA Policy may be revised periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page, along with the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of our site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
